Taylor Offers Guidance on Katrina Homeowner Relief Grants: "Citing the need to rebuild and repair as many homes as possible in South Mississippi, Taylor wrote, 'I strongly believe that every home that was not in a special flood hazard area on the federal flood maps, yet suffered damage that insurance adjusters have attributed to flooding, should be eligible for the CDBG assistance.'"
Well either Rep. Taylor was in a lousy mood yesterday too or someone out there agreed with me about the problems with the 51% damage stipulation Mr. Barbour proposed.
