After that last post I realized just how important it is to clear this up: The guys working on our upstairs/skylight project are not affiliated with the Dean crew. And it shows.
No excuses - lots of hard work every weekend... And they've done an excellent job.
They worked this weekend to finish up framing the shaft - hanging some of the sheetrock - replacing that cracked skylight - and reflashing the remaining skylights using the flashing kits...
Well... sort of. It turns out that when the flashing kit boxes were opened.. one of the kits was missing all of the step-flashing... Blergh.
It's okay though -- they're in... They're flashed - and midweek we're expecting some rain... so we'll get to see how things go. Keep your fingers crossed.
They will all be returning this Friday to finish hanging all the sheetrock. Thanks, guys.
