Did We Survive Hurricane Katrina or Not?

It's 6:56 am and I have been awake for a while now. I'm not a morning person.... I'm half-awake waiting - just in case - for someone to show up and work on our kitchen. I'm not too hopeful - and that's the part that's truly irritating. I don't THINK anyone is showing up this morning since we didn't get any phone calls yesterday... BUT I would kick myself for weeks if someone came by and ended up leaving because I never let them in. So here I am.
