It wasn't long after the Allied American phone call that the phone rang again. This time it was Lucretia with the Small Business Administration letting me know that she needed to schedule a time for Dave and I to close on the loan we were approved for. Apparently we were supposed to have received a letter letting us know that we were officially approved for a loan and for how much.. and along with that letter we would have found some closing documents and terms and conditions... But the letter hadn't come... So Lucretia told me to just be sure to bring those documents with us if they came before our appointment.
Friday - May 19th at 10:00 am at the service center in Ocean Springs (which is an old abandoned K-Mart building) -- bring all the usual stuff: photo IDs, deed to the property, bank account information, tax returns, insurance proceeds information, FEMA information, etc. etc.
