The furniture was delivered. It will stay in the dining room for now - until we get the walls and floors finished. Everything is so backwards.

We also received a wireless router and a box from Luba. It was full of goodies and a lot of fun to open. The boys enjoyed the little bags of Halloween candy and especially the Canadian coins she had put inside. There were some clothes and some books and toys - a sleeping bag... so many things! We spent all day long taking things out a little at a time. Great fun!! And so much we can use. The router was ordered by Dave so that we will be able to move a computer around the house more easily while we get the work done.

A coworker of Dave's gave him a Dell CPU and told him that if we can manage to find a harddrive we can use it. It just so happens we had a harddrive and we managed to put a complete system together from spare computer parts we had in the house -- including Dave's monitor which did not take on any water. We're trying to decide what to do though as Dave has already ordered the computer through work -- the one we were going to make payments on. It would be nice to cancel it and save that payment but I think it has already shipped.

In other news, the flooring people did not show up today - nor did the roofing people who were coming to get estimates. There's so much to do and it's frustrating that so little gets done in a day.
