Once Mom had tried to return home this morning after her evacuation to our house only to find that the water was once again over River Road - I think we really started to feel stir crazy. Soooo she and I had to get out of the house and bring our cameras...
Here's some footage of the waves at the seawall complete with a shot of one of my feet getting wet. It's all a lot more fantastic to see (the waves & wind - not my foot) when it isn't crashing into your house.....
You'll be able to find pictures from Mom at her site sometime today as well.
Edit: For the purpose of comparison for those not familiar with the area - I've added the following picture of this spot along the Pascagoula sea wall on a typical day.
