Hurricane Katrina Homeowner Grants

There has been absolute media silence regarding the Homeowner Assistance Grant Program for almost two weeks now. The last we heard they were to start sending out letters in batches of 100 at a time. Our illustrious governor said the program aimed to have all of the letters sent out by the anniversary of Katrina. So far we haven't made it into one of the batches apparently...
