It has been quite some time since we've been out and about in Gautier... We felt compelled to take a look around this afternoon with all of the gorgeous weather going on.
I can't say I was shocked or surprised at what we saw. We just don't get shocked or surprised anymore. I did find myself repeating today's date in my head periodically when I would start to lose touch with reality though.
Oh - and for anyone dashing down here in the hopes of picking up a good beachfront lot on the cheap -- don't waste your gas money (unless it's for your lear jet...) The cheapest lot we found today was going for $750,000.
