And this is why FEMA believes ice isn't needed after a hurricane....

I posted earlier about FEMA's announcement that it would no longer provide ice after a hurricane because it was not a 'necessity item'... You can read all about that here.

FEMA is under the impression that we didn't actually need ice down here ... And that probably has something to do with the fact that they didn't actually get a whole lot of ice down here to those of us who needed it. In some convoluted way - I suppose this is proof that we can survive without it.
