The boxes are out of the dining room!
Uh.. but most of them ended up in the living room...
Okay and there are a couple left in the dining room - but they're empty!!
Much food unpacked from boxes and returned to pantry shelves for the first time in over three months.We have finished painting the right side of the pantry (except for some touch up)... and now must do something with the clutter that gathered on the left side of the pantry so we can begin painting. Before we can start that though -- we have to be sure the dining room is clear -- and add some SuperSliders to the incredibly heavy sidebar so that we can move it around easily. Someone will be coming to refinish our dining room floor around Wednesday of next week.
I wish I could say that cleaning out the pantry has been fun. But I can't.
I do want to say a quick 'thanks' to Swapna though for the shelf liners. (I ended up opting out of using them in the kitchen cabinets -- way too much cutting -- but they are absolutely perfect for the pantry shelves. Dave thinks they're cool.)

Ack I am tired just from reading what you did all weekend! I took a much needed computer break, and tried not to touch it this weekend. As a result, I was sorting the spare room again, and wishing I had some boxes to store things in. Now I think I'm glad I didn't have any...forced me to throw things away!
Big hugs to Dave for thinking I sent cool shelf paper...cuz let's face it, the shelf paper might be cool, but anyone who sends it as a gift can't be that cool:P
