Ashley Furniture: Gripes Update!

I received a comment this morning on my post regarding Valerie & my loveseat cushions from Ashley Furniture and I was quite excited. Since I had posted so readily with my gripe... I thought it was only fair to post just as readily any response. So here it is:

There is a way. Please contact the store you purchased the furniture from. They will assist you by using Ashley Direct to order your replacement cushion casings (ie fabric) and have it sent directly to you. You will be charged.

Sign me,
An Ashley Furniture Homestore employee and consumer.

Whoever you are -- thank you very, very much. This is exactly the info I was looking for. Though we didn't purchase from an Ashley Homestore - we know that the store is an Ashley dealer and I will contact them next week to find out who to talk to about ordering some new cushion casings!!

I have to admit that I have been desperate for something like resolution to this one... Dave and I had already decided that we would avoid Ashley products since we never got even a form letter in response to my last email to Valerie. However, just a couple of days ago we had gone out in search of a particular piece of furniture... And it was absolutely painful how many of the Ashley items I saw and loved that I felt I could never have.... Knowing there is a way to replace the casings on the loveseat frees me from all that. WOO!

Without a question, only a very nice person would take the time to give you info on how to replace the covers on cushions.
