To Do List

It's that time again, I think. It's time to list the things that still need to be done to repair the house. I have to do this periodically for two main and seemingly contradictory reasons: To keep us motivated enough to actually finish it all and to keep us from falling into a state of panic about how much is left to do. (Uh.. and remember.. I do possess that quirk about listing things.)

Let's begin outside:

1) Repair the hole in the blueboard and replace missing siding on south side of the house.
2) Replace missing fascia on south, east, and north sides of the house.
3) Repair, caulk, and paint exterior window & door trim -- as well as porch columns.

MASTER BATHROOM
91) I'm too tired to even think about the master bathroom right now....

We haven't really worked on the master bathroom just yet. It is being used mostly as a place to store other stuff while we work. It needs everything - paint and caulk and trim and baseboards... Cabinets, drains, a toilet.. The bathtub should be replaced and the tub surround is missing.... There's more but I will actually leave this room off the list until we get more done. We'll just change the name to STORAGE ROOM A for now.

The same goes for upstairs - which we will call STORAGE ROOM B. We are pretending that there is no upstairs at the moment. When we finish the downstairs - we'll start looking up.. literally...

I'm embarrassed by my whiny, tiny, list now!

Maybe I'll just send you some wine, I have no idea what else to do!

Hugs,
