Mom, my mother, my mom... If you've been reading my blog for a while now I'm sure you've noticed an awful lot of references to Mom. (For the record, I actually call her 'mama' - but you know sometimes that seems a little too informal...)
She points out that "Mom" (or any of the derivations above) is not her legal name. But, it would just feel wrong to refer to her as "Ruth" or "Mrs. Runge" when I'm blogging....
So I post this today to inform everyone that Mom.. er... Ruth.. has her own blog now that offers her own unique perspective of Katrina and the aftermath. Be sure to check it out:
