I'm not sure that the name quite fits - but it seems 'Trunk or Treat' did the trick for Halloween this year (pun intended...) After learning that our neighborhood had officially cancelled All Hallow's Eve festivities for the year -- we found ourselves with a bunch of disappointed children around the house. People from the school and community came together though and managed to put together a nice alternative to going door - to - door (not all that possible since a lot of places don't have doors anymore...) -- going trunk - to - trunk!
The kids had a great time and we're all really touched by the efforts of the faculty, staff, and parents at RCS. Thanks everybody!
